Terri graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting obtaining her CPA license shortly thereafter. Terri has over 40 years of experience in the public accounting field. She specializes in taxation of individuals and small businesses, income tax planning, preparation, and consulting. She has worked with clients in various industries over the years. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants

Sabrina graduated from Old Dominion University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. She became a licensed CPA in 2018 and has over 12 years of experience in the public accounting field. Her concentrations include taxation of individuals and small businesses, income tax planning, preparation, and consulting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Paul is our Staff Accountant and has been with the company since 2017. Paul graduated from Tufts University and has over 10 years of tax preparation experience. He specializes in individual tax return preparation.

Patty is our Office Manager. She has worked within CPA firms since 1990. She handles the firm billing, human resources, client assistance, as well as processing tax returns and financial statements.

Aimee is our Administrator here at COVA. She’s been with the firm since 2009, when she moved out here from her home state of Oregon. Aimee handles all aspects of client assistance and much more.

Tommy is the Payroll Specialist for COVA’s sister company, Payroll Vault™. He has over 8 years experience helping clients with their paperless payrolls and making sure payroll compliance is met for each client.

Brodie is currently in training school and hopes to get his Comfort Certificate in the year to come. He greets clients that want to be greeted and roams the office spreading love and hugs. He is always available for snuggles or a quick game of tug or fetch. He loves treats and a good tummy scratch. Brodie knows that not everyone likes canines and is very understanding of that.
